Scott was amazing! He explained what was going on with my unit so clearly and even gave a little science lesson. Maintenance was completed and the unit reset and we’re back to hearing our main floor! Super professional! Thank you for your service Scott!

I had Scott come out today to troubleshoot my heating system in my house. Scott was knowledgeable, patient and caring. He explained everything he was doing and I recommend him and Paul's Heating and Air!

Technician came out and was on time. Checked outdoor condenser and cleaned it. Cleaned and checked operation of furnace. I always have a great experience with anyone from Paul's Heating & Air. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their system serviced or replaced.

I have used Paul's for years, always with excellent results. This most recent experience was no different. In addition to regular maintenance, I had a specific problem with a duct and Anden was able to assess and alk me through potential causes and solutions with clear explanations. Highly recommended!

I just thought the guy who came by was a nice and pleasant young man. I really appreciate the way he put something over his shoes, so he wouldn't track mud in my home. This day he came by it was raining. Great company!!
Both our AC units went out about 30 days apart and we called Paul’s Heating & Air and they came out immediately and took care of us. Jennifer was very pleasant and helpful when she took the call to get us on the schedule both times. Scott our tech is very professional and knowledgeable. Tech was here on appointed time. The tech checked my system and quickly found the problem. He repaired my unit and now it purrs like a kitten. This company is friendly and efficient and the price was reasonable. I recommend and give 5 stars.
