We are on a regular maintenance schedule with Paul’s, so they come out every 6 months for routine checks. Always friendly and efficient, and Amanda is a pleasure to deal with on the phone when setting up appointments, etc. Recently we had an issue with one of our units over night, so I called first thing the next morning (7:00). I’m not even sure if they were even open yet, but Amanda called us back within about 30 minutes and got us on the schedule for the day. A young technician named Tyler came out to the house within about 5-6 hours, which I thought was pretty good considering it was the middle of summer, and quickly diagnosed the issue. After taking care of the problem, Tyler went ahead and performed our routine maintenance on both units so that we wouldn’t have to schedule a separate appointment. He was efficient and seemed knowledgeable about our system, including recommending an EZ trap to help prevent the issue we experienced and make it easier to take care of if we had the problem again. And even though I know they have to dread coming to our house based on the location of our units and how much of a pain they are to access, he was friendly and a pleasure to deal with throughout the visit.

They deserve more than 5 stars. From day one they gave my wife and I multiple options to salvage or go for new units. After weighing out the options my wife and I went for 2 new units. We were given multiple options for each unit during the quote process and the sales pro left me without any questions. He explained how the units work and what would be best for my house size without breaking the bank. I felt like my wallet and comfort were heard and I was in no way pushed into any direction other than what I was comfortable with. The installation team was outstanding in every way. My wife and I came home comfort. I hate doing reviews but this company deserves said review.

Paul’s Heating and Air is a fantastic company. What I particularly like about this company is they are a smaller business so you can easily see that they hire solid people who are honest and knowledgable at their job. Scott and Patrick were both very professional and were able to fix my heating issue no problem. Their pricing is reasonable and they were great with communication. All around a great company.

Paul's Heating and Air is the only HVAC company we will use from now on. We had a new HVAC system installed improperly by another company a few years ago, and it had never heated or cooled properly. After mutiple attempts to get it running right, that company went out of business. We then had multiple other companies come by, but any fixes they managed were brief at best. Finally, I found Paul's, hoping for a different result. They sent out their technician Scott Fowler, and he quickly diagnosed the underlying issues and explained everything. He fixed it all the same visit and ended up saving us a fortune by not needing to replace anything. We were cautiously optimistic as the system began working perfectly. Now a few months later, and it continues to work fabulously day in and day out. Zero issues since! Thank you Scott for taking care of us!

Before I contacted Paul's HVAC, I received multiple quotes from different companies. Chris from Paul's Heating & Air stood out with his professionalism and patience in explaining the issues with my HVAC unit. He also explained the different systems he was proposing and how they worked. I didn’t get the feeling he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. Additionally, when I left him a message, he immediately called back. After signing the contract with Paul’s Heating & Air, my upstairs unit started blowing warm air about two days before the installation date of the new system. I called Chris to inform him about the issue so he would have the parts when he arrived to install the new unit. Knowing he was extremely busy with other clients; I didn’t ask him if he could fix the problem before the install date of my new system. However, Chris called back immediately to let me know he was in the area and didn’t mind swinging by to fix the unit. He said it would be a quick fix and indeed it was. Chris demonstrated excellent customer service (which is rare these days), I was truly grateful and at that moment I knew I made the right decision by choosing Paul’s Heating & Air.

Fast forward: When Chris, Scott, and Jim came out to install the new HVAC they covered my floors with a protective cover, explained the warranty, registration, and how to use the system. They were friendly, cheerful, very professional and demonstrated great teamwork. This was another sign that I made the right decision by choosing Paul’s Heating & Air.

Scott was very thorough and helpful. Not only did he tell me there was not anything to fix he opened up my vents in my crawl space and made recommendations to help prevent future problems. Paul's Heating & Air conditioning are who you need to call. They are on time, quick, and extremely knowledgeable on every part of the HVAC system. The technician was very nice and explained what went wrong, how he fixed my ac, and how to maintain and clean my system for longevity of life.

Chris from Paul’s Heating and Cooling came out the next day after I requested service and had our unit up and running in under an hour. It’s great to know we can rely on consistent and reliable service at a fair price!

Our AC went out while we were out of town. We called another company who told us that our motor was shot and we needed a whole new system. When I balked at that idea, he told me he could "put a bandaid on it" for $2956. I called Paul's for a second opinion. Within a few hours, Chris was here. He was incredibly professional and did a thorough evaluation. My motor was completely functional and he replaced the capacitor and fixed our issue for a fraction of what the competitor quoted. When it IS time for a replacement unit, I can assure you it will come from Paul's.

The service that I received from Paul's Heating & Air Conditioning was second to none. Chris came out and took care of an issue that I had been having with my 1st floor air conditioning unit. He is very knowledgeable as well as a good-honest man. Chris was very thorough and explained things to me me very well. I had another local company try to get me to purchase things that weren't needed which would have cost me an additional $3,000 in repairs. Paul's Heating & Air Conditioning has earned my business.
